Oasis in the bedlam

The operatic performance is undertaken in a wonderful cosy salon theatre within a beautiful building that has the Trevi fountain directly below the performance room window!! The musicianship and the operatic singing were absolutely an oasis in in the middle of Rome and all the people outside. The accoustics were Excellent accompiment to the show and building environment. More than value for money! Go for it will be the best thing you do in Rome!

Thoroughly recommended

Very enjoyable experience in our first couple of hours in Rome. Coupled with seeing the Trevi Fountain – location was good and easy to find. Performance was great from both the male and female singer, and the 4 piece orchestra. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience giving a one hour taster of several known pieces of classical music, and the acoustics was fantastic.

Magical and inspiring!

What an unforgettable experience, opera at the Palazzo Poli. Extremely talented string quartet, tenor and soprano. Amazing, intimate surroundings in the palazzo right behind and overlooking Trevi fountain! A magical night which perfectly rounded off our time in Rome for our 25th wedding anniversary. Do this when in Rome if you want to do something different yet authentic and local. Support the artists and enjoy every moment!
